These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AlgoCore website and platform operated by AlgoCore LLC. By using AlgoCore you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the service
You may use AlgoCore only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the content you submit and the accounts under your control.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Intellectual property
AlgoCore, its logos, and the software powering the platform are the property of AlgoCore LLC. You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant us a license to host and process it to provide the service.
4. Disclaimers
AlgoCore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific search-ranking, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlgoCore LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
